When I teach class, I target the whole person not just the body. I expect the best from you, every moment of the workout. It does not matter what level of fitness you are, it matters how committed you are.  The workout may be intense, but it will be fun, it may be challenging, but it is nothing you can’t over come. I will test your limits, but you will learn just how far you can go.  My workouts will change you, from saying; “I can’t” to knowing “you can”.  I will support you in your pursuit of well-being. I will train your mind, work your body and lift your spirit. Your success is my satisfaction.

Looking good is not enough to motivate people to stay in shape.   Being fit has to be included in your definition of self.  Working out needs to be a part of who you are.  A fit person understands that exercise improves and sustains mental, emotional and physical well -being.  In essence, fitness is a state of mind.

On a superficial level people want to either lose weight, gain muscle, tone up or define their bodies. But the majority of people never feel that they have attained their goals they are always “working towards” their ideal body.  What that means is, it is not really about the body, it is the process, the connection, the confidence, the goal setting, the set backs and triumphs that keep us going.  Working out is a metaphor for life. Always stay in the game.

When you workout your body gets energized.  The synapses in your brain are ignited. Your muscles surge with blood. Your heart beats faster, feel good hormones are secreted--and you get a rush of adrenalin that makes you feel exhausted and released in the same breath.   You connect with your body and you feel its’ power, then you realize your potential and you adopt a “can-do attitude” that makes your spirit soar. You begin to glow in health and self -confidence and others are drawn to you, because they will seek the positive energy you convey. And that connection --that ripple effect of positive energy, is what you gain by doing Tiffany Rothe Workouts.
