Ok finally I have the workouts uploaded on youtube so there will be no confusion:) Here is todays workout
Hot body warm up 2 (IC members do the funky fresh warmup) 50 jumping jacks, 50 rocket squats, Burn baby burn biceps (also called blazing biceps), 25 rocket squats, Princess pushups video, long legs fire hydrant, 300 slow crunches with your legs straight not bent.
