  • Just to let you know I am reading all of your messages, I am in LA and super busy so I am not replying to everything, but I wanted to say thank you for believing in yourselves, for staying the course and for realizing that every postive action you take creates a butterfly effect that inspires people all over the world.

  • OK, Challenge Team it is Friday and time to check in. The first week you are cleansing, staying focused and keeping your goals at the forefront of your mind. Todays asssigment it it to write down you goals on a piece of paper and put them in a place where you can read and recite them everyday. Also, post them here on this comment thread. They should be specfic goals stated in the affimative. So instead of I want to flatten my tummy, you say 'My tummy is flat." This is part of the challenge so make it happen. I am doing it with you so I will also post my goals on the comment thread.
