We are created to live our lives doing something that we are good at. I was born to teach, to help people improve their lives through fitness. My goal is to spread the word by helping people empower themselves through my classes.  If your are interested in having me come to your city to teach a series of classes to your community, just say the word and I will do my best to get there. My needs are simple; a cool place to stay, healthy food, a plane ticket, a place to teach as many people as possible, a mic and a great sound system so we can get our groove on.  So please, contact me.
